Ground floor apartment situated in Parador area of Nerja on Calle Carabeo, good size galley style kitchen, light and spacious open plan living/dining area. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, two shower rooms, balcony with views over the garden and swimming pool, and stunning sea views.

The apartment is newly renovated with a new kitchen and bathrooms, and balcony as of Feb 2025.
