The cottage enjoys an elevated setting in the centre of Muff Village, offering easy access to everything locally while providing space, comfort and convenience - ideal for self-catering families and small groups.

Outside, a well-maintained garden with patio and seating provides a relaxing space to unwind. The fully fenced back yard allows children to play safely and offers added privacy and security. Private parking is available, and the accessible front entrance allows easy access for guests with mobility needs.

Inside, the large and comfortable sitting room overlooks both the front garden and rear yard. Guests can relax with TV, enjoy a book from the well-stocked bookshelf, or cosy up beside the wood-burning stove, particularly welcome during the cooler months.

The spacious, fully equipped modern kitchen includes a six-seater dining table, making it perfect for family meals. A highchair is available on request.

There are three bedrooms (one king and two doubles), comfortably sleeping up to six guests, with ample storage throughout. A cot can be provided on request for young children.

The cottage includes a modern bathroom with a large electric shower, along with a separate second toilet for added convenience.
