Escape the bustle of city life by cycling along the Great Western Greenway, Irelands longest cycling experience. Cycle or drive to Achill Island, one of the worlds best places to surf. Enjoy 9 holes on the links golf course with spectacular views of Croagh Patrick, Partry Hills and Sheeffry Hills, before it's time to relax on Clew Bay strand, with a picnic. Truly magic.

The space
My wife is from Mulranny so our cottage is a very special place for us to go when we want to relax from city life. It overlooks Clew Bay, so when you are drinking your morning coffee, please try take in your unique surroundings. You can walk to the village in minutes and really get a feel for the beauty of Mulranny.

Mulranny is a beautiful seaside village where you can spend your days on the beach kayaking, fishing or just breathing in the clear fresh air. If golfing is your thing, why not try the scenic Mulranny Golf Course? If you are like us, we love to walk and cycle down the Great Western Greenway to all of the close by villages and towns (Newport, Wesport and Achill). Achill is my favourite, I just love seafood, which is second to none at Achill Island. Our son spends hours surfing in Achill, its truly spectacular. Climbing Croagh Patrick is a special moment for everyone, try to fit it in on your visit.
