In this place you live at the top of the orchard at the farm Påldtun. Here you can enjoy a nice view of fjords and mountains. There is a short distance to the jetty. Here you can rent a boat and sauna or take a morning swim. You will experience life in the village with grazing animals and work that takes place in the season. When you stay in our orchard you are free to pick and eat the fruit that is on the farm. Short distance to Sandane city center. We accept bookings for mountain trips/fishing trips in our local area. Large, lovely terraces in the outdoor area with great sunshine. A short distance to the centre of Larsnes. Many walks in the local area, and a short drive to Ulsteinvik, Herøy and Ørsta/Volda. Location on Skredestranda, about 3.5 km from Årvik ferry dock, in a quiet and peaceful area. Here you can relax and recharge your batteries. You may be lucky to see a flock of sperm whales in the fjord, or see eagles and deer. Rovdefjorden is a busy fjord for both large and small boats, as well as cruise ships on their way to/from Geiranger. The cabin is located 20 m from the lake, where there are good fishing opportunities (rod). Steep rocks and shallow depths. We have life jackets available.

Juliabuda rorbuer is located in Haugsbygda on Gurskøya. Juliabuda was built in the 1860s and we can offer an evocative stay in this authentic sea scene where there has been both herring salting, post office and shop. Sjøbuda has a dock with the possibility of swimming or enjoying the view of the fjord and the islands in the inlet. The area has many beautiful excursion areas both by the fjord and in the mountains at 600-700 meters above sea level, with both easy and more challenging terrain.

My boathouse is as close as you can get to the waterfront. It is built in a navy style with lots of antique items from a former career at sea. I believe it has what is needed to enjoy a relaxing holiday on a quiet Island on the norwegian westcoast.
