Originally built by laft with arcite-adapted extension with new kitchen, hallway, bathroom with sauna and private toilet (everything new in 2020/21). The cabin has 3 bedrooms and a loft with various toys. Kitchen and bathroom are brand new and thus according to today's standard and well equipped with both dishwasher and washing machine. The cabin is southwest facing at 1000 MOH with beautiful views of Knippa, Skogshorn and Vasetvannet. Close to many great hiking destinations right from the cabin.

Wild, beautiful and steep! Cabin with great views. Great natural surroundings with good hiking opportunities. Høgestølen is about 25 min from Hemsedal City Centre (Alpine Center), 15 min to grocery store, and about 5 min. to a network of cross country skiing trails. The cabin is heated with electricity and wood, heating cables in the bathroom and combined washer/dryer The cabin is steep! Car road to the door, possible to park right outside. Here you can experience total silence. In the summer there will be cows and sheep in the area.

Visit Gol also provides you with a lot of useful information about the area. Please note that there is a payment barrier into Golsfjellet. Remember to pay 50kr, you park.
