Open year round, this spectacular 5300 sq ft log cabin is a 1-hr drive from Grand Junction Airport. Nestled in an aspen grove overlooking Vega Lake, the cabin sleeps 16 total guests (all children/adults included) and parks up to 8 vehicles. Wildlife abounds and the lake is full of trout (some up to 5 lbs). Outdoor equipment is offered free of charge (see amenities) to enhance your stay. An expansive covered deck has a propane grill for BBQs and there is an outdoor fire pit for fireside evenings.

The house has stairs including a tight, narrow spiral staircase to the basement. It has an open-floor plan upstairs with a king bed & a full bathroom. There are deer, elk, foxes, etc. The views are amazing and all the other gifts shared with us by Mother Nature are breathtaking. This property was used as a very successful Bed and Breakfast from 1994 to 2003.
