The house is located 100 m from the beach: comfortable, spacious and bright with its south-facing veranda overlooking the fully enclosed garden and its spa built into a wooden terrace. It is located in the "Natura 2000" protected area facing the dune and Vougot beach. Beautiful landscapes and exceptional sites: you are in the land of the Côte des Légendes. Walks, beaches, water activities (paddle, kayak, surf), equestrian center: nothing is missing around the house.

Le Chantier d'Ernest – 4-bedroom waterfront loft

In 2016, the former shipyard of our great-grandfather Ernest was renovated by our parents, Brigitte and Claude, to make a 3 bedroom loft, living to the rhythm of the tides. Feet in the water, the construction site enjoys a magnificent 180° view, a terrace surrounding the shed... ideal for aperitif time!:) A sea view hot tub for 6 people will relax you after a beautiful day of walking on the Carantec walking trails. We welcome you like at home!

A sofa can accommodate two more beds (no shutters in the living room), a garage.
