Quiet neighborhood in a municipality located 20 minutes from Rennes center by car. The train station is a 7'walk (17' journey to Rennes station) and the bus stop 2'walk (bus 71 to metro stop Les Gayeulles). Parking place available. We are just a few pedals from the canal. No smoking allowed
