In Plestin-les-Grèves, this 60 m² apartment located on the 1st floor of a small, very quiet, secure residence will seduce you with its comfort, decoration and brightness (south-facing), with 2 parking spaces and a storage room for bicycles and beach equipment. Sports activities, sailing school, sea kayaks, horseback riding, surfing, fishing, hiking trails and beach nearby. The accommodation is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

The house is located 650 m from Vilin Izella beach. A road and a path allow you to reach it along a stream. The Beg Ar Fri point, less than 1 km away, offers many magnificent views. The stone house is surrounded by a 2000 m2 flower and tree garden. The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive.
