The cottage is located in a former Breton farmhouse of the 19th century in a wooded estate of 4 hectares, 20 minutes from Roscoff and Morlaix, in the heart of the parish enclosures and 30 minutes from the mountains of Arrée. Come and recharge your batteries in the middle of the Breton countryside, where you can relax by the covered and heated pool and stroll through the garden lanes.

We rent our large, very spacious, recently-built architect's house. Located facing the sea with exceptional and breathtaking views. Direct beach access, large garden. Fully-equipped. Being east/west facing, with a view through, you will enjoy the sunset for an aperitif on the terrace. And south-facing for lunch and dinner facing the sea. Downtown and shopping on foot. Departure from the house on foot for beautiful hikes all around Carantec and/or to Callot Island.

This family lodging is near to all tourist destinations and local commodities. Situated in the centre of town, it is near to many bars, cafes and restaurants. Perfect for exploring local towns and interests, for example the lovely town of Morlaix, the Arrée mountains and the pink granite coast. New as of the 2025 season : parking available at the property! Following external works, from now on there is a private parking spot directly in front of the house.

In 2016, the old shipyard of our great-grandfather Ernest was renovated by our parents, Brigitte and Claude, to make it a 3-bedroom loft, living to the rhythm of the tides. With its feet in the water, the site enjoys a magnificent 180° view, a terrace surrounding the hangar... ideal for aperitif time! :) A sea view jacuzzi for 6 people will relax you after a beautiful day of walking on the hiking trails of Carantec. We welcome you as if you were at home!

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Close to the beaches (12 km) and various Morlaix sites, parish enclosures, Monts d'Arrée, you will have an ideal location to visit Finistère. Beautiful walks or bike rides are possible directly from the cottage. The village, 2.5 km away, offers all amenities. The 60 m2 independent gîte has a parking space and terrace + barbecue, a large enclosed garden and wifi. Pets welcome.
