Es ist 30 qm groß, es hat ein Wohnschlafzimmer mit Balkon und TV, eine kleine Küche und ein Duschbad mit Toilette. Das Doppelbett ist 140 cm breit, die Sofas können als Schlafplatz für eine dritte Person genutzt werden. Spaziergänge zu den spektakulären Felsbögen, Restaurants vor der Tür, eine Surfschule und Kamelreiten runden das Angebot ab.

A la proximité immédiate de la place Hassan II (anciennement place d'Espagne) une ancienne demeure de pêcheurs avec patio intérieur et terrasse panoramique. La demeure a été restaurée et embellie en faisant appel à des artisans locaux et en respectant les techniques traditionnelles (tadlakt, bois de cèdre).
