Beautiful two-story beach house, located in the Altamar Closed Complex. It has Private Security in the Gatehouse and Beach Area 24/7. The house is only 100 meters from the beach and the social areas. The Social Area has a Swimming Pool for Adults and Children. (Please read the pool rules) IMPORTANT: The pool is closed all day on Tuesdays for maintenance‼️ Alcohol consumption in that social area is prohibited.
