Ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house with separate entrance, consisting of: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 135x185cm bed, very small bathroom with shower (see photos!). Very convenient commute to beaches and the north of island. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. Surrounded by all amenities, craft workshops and areas to enjoy this wonderful village. 100 m/2: Double bedroom Living-dining room with sofa bed Kitchen Bathroom Semi-covered patio with hammocks, shower and relaxation area.
