We have 2 studios on the side of the Hacienda, the pool is private and belongs only to our house. The bedroom (bed 2m long), rainforest shower, AC, SmartTV, glassed terrace, kitchenette, Weber gas grill. Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

In the heart of nature in the Rio Torrente valley , the cortijo borders the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Within 5 mins walk of the picturesque ´slow´ village of Niguelas. Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. The new renovated ancient house is situated in the old part of Frigiliana in one of the most charming streets near the panaroma point of the village. The house offers a spacious living with sofa and chair. From here you go the to sleepingroom with a 4 poster bed (160*200). In the well equiped kichten you find the dining table. The bathroom with walk- in shower, toilet and sinck. The garden with private pool (May 2025) and roofterrace offers amazing seevieuws. BBQ, dining table and loungechairs.

Casa Cerezo. Mulhacen and Veleta views.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.
