The house is located in a gated community 100 meters from the sea. From the house, if you exit through the balcony area, you can walk through the garden and enjoy a view of the sea! We only allow one small pet, and it is prohibited for the pet, even on a leash and with its owners, to walk on the condominium lawn, subject to a fine! The complex has a clean, wooded garden that leads guests to the beach! From the living room, you have a view of the lawn, you can hear the birdsong, and you can hear the sound of the sea!
