Renovado con mucho amor mezclando lo antiguo con lo moderno, he creado un ambiente acogedor y zen. Es muy acogedor igual en verano como en invierno. Es un lugar de montaña y con su 1200 m s.n.m. . Es una zona menos calorosa en verano que muchas otros sitios debido a su geografía y por las noches refresca bien. Esta a 1 km del pueblo. Piscina municipal gratis en Julio y agosto.

Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.
