Charming house with big terrace

Hello, I'm Marisol, I have restored, respecting the rural character of the building, my grandparent house located in Pasarón de la Vera , village in the province of Cáceres declared of historic interest. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The maximum capacity is 10 people. On the ground floor there is a separate apartment (search apartment-loft in Pasaron de la Vera) with additional capacity for two adults and two children. The kitchen, dining room and siting room are large and very nice terrace full with plants with a big table and chairs. Sheets and towels are provided and beds will be ready when you arrive. Pasarón de la Vera is well situated for visits to historical paces and country excursions. It is 12 km from Cuacos deYuste (retirement place l of the Emperor Charles V), 105Km from Cáceres and 102 Km from Trujillo. It is a very green area with with chestnut and oak trees and even if summer days are hot, nights are cooler. You can do many excursions to natural pools or Monfrague Natural Park (35 km), rent canoes, horseback riding or rent a quad. In the house there are many brochures about the area, but if you need any information about where to eat or what to visit you can contact me and I will try to help you. CR “El Arrabal” (6p) in La Vera de Gredos!

Cozy accommodation with native architecture, which preserves the charm of the old town houses of the Valle de la Vera. Renovated for the convenience of guests, with all the services and details in a charming town. The rental of the entire house includes three floors, two bedrooms, a complete toilet and bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a common area (upper floor) with a sofa bed and a games and leisure table area. It has two TVs in the common areas of the house.

A pathway leads to a charming entrance, framed by a low wooden fence. Lush greenery and trees, including olive trees, surround the area. A reclined chair and a hammock are positioned on a well-kept lawn, inviting relaxation under the open sky.

Country house exquisitely decorated, comfortable, bright and full of charm, recently built on a 2.2-hectare farm, just 500 meters from the most beautiful town in the Comarca de La Vera, Valverde de la Vera.
