New family-friendly cottage Rauland with panoramic views

We rent our holiday paradise on Rauland. The cabin was new winter 2023 and is located on a hill with panoramic views of Lake Totak. Short distance to the city center (4 km). The area offers great hiking possibilities in the summer and winter. In the winter you can buckle up at the cabin and exit the trail network in Rauland which is over 150 km. If you drive 15 minutes you are in the slopes of Holtardalen. If you walk 10 minutes you will get to nice sandy beaches at Totak. More hiking trails in forest terrain in the immediate vicinity

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity, wood for firing and cleaning. Newly renovated plinth apartment in a farm house. We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Newer cabin with a great view and nice hiking opportunities

Eel hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden cabin area. There is a small cabin field with a good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities right outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cottage as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic items in kitchen cabinets and there may be items in the fridge with shelf life. Stoga is the old apartment building on the garden Kosi in Grungedal. The house is located nicely to something up in the lia above E134, with a nice view of Tveitevatnet. The house is well equipped with 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with stove, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. The stall has a dining table and corner sofa, TV and satellite receiver. Private WC and bathroom with shower. Towels and bed linen can be rented for NOK 100,- per set.

It has stunning views of Totak and there is a short way to the beach. In autumn there are a lot of berries on the plot and the cabin is undisturbed in relation to the house and road.
