Newly renovated, barbecue & patio, 150 meters to the sea

The residence is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the house, there is a patio with table and chairs and barbecue.

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Grundsund - a wonderful place.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. The house is excellent condition and contains what you need for a few days of nice relaxation or a more active vacation. Multi-crowded patios with furniture for food and rest. Take a shower in our outdoor shower and then enjoy a while in the hot tub. It is less than 10 min walk to nice sea bath. If you are in a hurry, you can borrow a bicycle. Skaftö is amazing with nice swimming, lovely and exciting walks and hiking.

House with five beds on beautiful Lyrön

Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.

On Bohuslänska Skaftö is Grundsund, a fishing community with well-preserved charm. Here there are sea stalls and small houses along the cliffs, around the quay and in the harbor canal. Here you and your family can rent a cozy home, 50 meters from the water with all the amenities. In 3 minutes you reach the amazing jetty that you can swim from and Restaurant Pelles for a good meal at sunset.

Cosy garden cottage near the sea

Mysig stuga i vår trädgård i natursköna Kärlingesund - nära salta bad och lugna vatten lämpliga för paddling eller Stand Up Paddling. Nära fina vandringsleder som till exempel Kuststigen. Avslappnad miljö och ändå nära hotspots som Lysekil, Skaftö, Fiskebäckskil och Grundsund. Obs: Stugan är till uthyrning endast för två gäster utan barn.

By the sea outside Ljungskile

A cottage with a view over the sea, about 200m from the beach. 50 min by car from Gothenburg and 7 min. from Ljungskile. Sheets and towels (if you do not bring you own) 100kr/person. Cleaning (if you do not want to do it by yourself 300kr (pay me cash or ”swisha”.)

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Close to swimming with both rocks and beach. In the summer, there is a kiosk at the swimming area! Private patio with two different seating/dining areas, one in the sun and one in the shade!
