Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

There is a garden bedroom and an anteroom, both with double beds, and a mezzanine where you can also sleep. A private kitchen with coffee and tea, fridge and oven/microwave, a dining room with access to the intimate city garden full of flowers. Privacy with its own bathroom and toilet. You walked into the downtown area within 5 minutes!

In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly in order to preserve the estate, it has been decided to partly convert this into an atmospheric B&B Come stay with the cozy hostess who welcomes you and makes your stay as comfortable as possible.

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

Onze centraal gelegen accommodatie is smaakvol ingericht. In het hart van de stad Groningen heb je alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijk verblijf. Via een gedeelde buitentrap kom je in je eigen stadsappartement. Je tweepersoons slaapkamer is voorzien van plafondventilatie én minibalkon. De woonkamer en keuken zijn één gezellige ruimte met extra slaapbank en een compleet ingerichte keuken. Badkamer is modern, stijlvol en voorzien van regendouche.
