The charming penthouse, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and in particular the highest mountain of Ticino (Adula 3402 m a.s.l.) is located on the top floor of an ancient Ticino house expertly restored in 2022 (Cà Nizza) in that of Marolta, in the Blenio Valley.
