Set at the heart of our renaturing project, The Annexe @ Heggs Farm gives you a taste of back-to-basics, off-grid living, with a few welcome creature comforts. Unwind in a hot bath after a day spent hiking or cycling. Curl up with a good book by the fire. And let the hoot of owls lull you to sleep in the antique double bed. Remote, cosy and wonderfully rough around the edges; there's nothing quite like our walk/cycle-in space. Muddy boots and dogs welcome, along with a sense of adventure!

A stone's throw from the picturesque village green which has amazing views along Swaledale. A cosy and compact space with modern amenities for weary travellers.1 minute walk across the green you can choose from 3 traditional Yorkshire pubs, 3 cafes 2 bakeries and 2 small village shops. Not forgetting the amazing ice cream parlour. Lots of activities available from walking cycling canoe and paddle boarding. Also a great Dales bus service to access the nearby towns of Richmond & Leyburn.

The Lake House

The detached Lake House is set in 11 acres. Ravensworth is an enchanting village with many of the houses dating from the 17th century. The village is defined by its green, and ancient ruined castle, only a few miles from the pretty towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle . A village pub and two wonderful farm shop cafes within walking distance. The Lake House has uninterrupted views of the lake and surrounding woodland. The Lake House can also be booked together with Willow Cottage.

The Old School

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Wonderful walks and bike trails in the local area. Beautiful views over the fields and hills within the Dales National Park. This detached house is within the boundary of our own property so we are always on hand to help in any way we can to make your stay a wonderful experience. Within walking distance of the local village which has all the basic local amenities including a local history museum.

Barn Cottage is a beautifully appointed space, overlooking the fields and river Swale. A peaceful holiday let, perfect for walkers, cyclists and those looking to just relax. I The cottages either side, Intake Cottage and The Byre, are also available for rental. Intake Cottage Sleeps 4 and The Byre Sleeps 2. Links to each are below. This allows for flexible accommodation for upto 12 people between the properties, ideal for family or groups of friends.
