It boasts a hand made 4 poster bed and 2 cosy bunk beds, a sofas, and cookstove. Outside there’s a private seating areas with a Hikki hottub and camp kitchen with a large cob pizza oven. It has underfloor heated Shower room facilities.

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.

The Granary is located on a working farm in the heart of Northumberland's International Dark Sky Park. It has kitchen/living area upstairs to make the most of the fabulous views. It is a perfect hideaway for two with a cosy log burning fire, original beams, real wood floors and a lovely flower-filled garden. Great for friends sharing too, having 2 separate bathrooms This cottage has access to a nearby EV car charger Changeover day for week- long stays during summer months is a FRIDAY

Ivy Cottage is the perfect size for 2, although it can accommodate up to 4. Ideal location, for cycling, walking, fishing and playing golf. There are dog-friendly pubs and cafes within walking distance, as well as a good selection of shops. We have an onsite games room, free for our guests to enjoy. We can accommodate 1 large or 2 small pets, however, please note, we do not have have a secure garden area. The cottage has many wonderful walks right on the doorstep for you to explore.

Just a mile away from Kielder Reservoir we're a brilliant base for a stay in beautiful Northumberland. In the summer months we offer an extra 2 beds in the garden bunkhouse located a few steps from the back door. Situated in the hamlet of Sharperton on the border of Northumberland National Park, our location offers an ideal base to explore the surrounding countryside and coastline.

Built in 1780, this thick -walled cosy cottage has historic charm with modern comforts. South facing with stone walled garden, from which you can survey a spectacular view 20 miles deep and 35 miles wide over the Tyne valley. The cottage is at 700 feet above sea level and you feel you are on the roof of England. It is situated in a quiet rural location 2 miles from both Hexham and Corbridge and half an hour from Newcastle.
