The former gardener’s house, originally built in 1710, is nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the picturesque Holsteinische Schweiz, directly on the Schwentine River, one of Schleswig-Holstein’s longest rivers. In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. The surrounding landscape of lakes, fields, forests, and gentle hills lends the area its captivating charm.

Start your hikes by bike or on foot directly from the house, or take a canoe trip on Lake Plön. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the natural grounds. The large, fenced property offers opportunities for outdoor games or table tennis, as well as quiet relaxation. In the evenings, you can spend time in front of the fireplace. The living and dining rooms are separate. The property is not directly on the lake; the walk to Lake Plön takes 5 minutes and leads you through our small village.

The Lindenhaus with its own large garden and beautiful terrace is located in the idyllic village of Güldenstein with wide views over the surrounding fields. In addition to the kitchen, living / dining room, guest toilet and HWR, a double room and a twin room share a shower room on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are five double bed rooms, each with an en-suite shower room.

It takes about 20 minutes to get to the Baltic Sea, and you are on the beautiful beaches of Hohwachter Bay.

We rent a cozy, vacation cottage close to Lake Selent, in the middle of one of the most beautiful vacation regions of Schleswig-Holstein. The house was completely renovated in 2018 and is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in a large garden with an orchard and has its own terrace. It is only bathing area on the lake. 100 meters and 17 kilometers to the Baltic Sea.
