Cette dernière se compose d'une grande pièce à vivre lumineuse accompagnée de sa cheminée; d'une chambre individuelle et de son lit king size; d'une salle de douche à l'italienne et d'une cuisine équipée. Un canapé lit de 140x200 et un lit pour bébé sont à votre disposition.

La casa Alégria welcomes you in a green, peaceful and pleasant environment. Between land and ocean Alégria is ideally located 2 km from Vendays-Montalivet you will find all the shops and you will be close to the beautiful beaches of the surroundings. Alégria is fully furnished with all the comforts available, linens are provided. There are three beds, a bed of 120 x 190 upstairs at the top of the stairs. 2 air-conditioned bedrooms 140 x 190. Our cosy studio is located in a converted barn on the border between the Charente Maritime and Gironde departments. The studio has all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable seats, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days there is a fireplace. There is WiFi and you can park your car with us. And outside lies your own terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!

The apartment is part of our house build in 1887. Grayan-et-l’Hôpital is a little village only 3,5 km from the Atlantic Sea with its stunning beaches. Guests are completely independent with their own kitchen and bathroom. The kitchenette is fully equipped. The apartment is equipped with one large double bed (200x200 cm) and a 140x190 convertible coach. Besides floor heating the apartment is also equipped with wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.
