Modern Villa With Private Pool - 400m To The Beach

Beautiful villa located within 5 mins short walk from the beach Grau Castellon. The modern villa which includes a pool and a spacious garden is located in an attractive, quiet residential area boarding the Castellon Golf course and the park Pinar. The villa consists of 4 spacious rooms with two of the rooms having en suite bathrooms. Street parking around the house is free. All the rooms have non restrictive lovely views such as to the faraway mountain range. Entrance to the beach front located in a fabulous location as there are a number of restaurants and cafes as soon you reach there. In addition the golf club also located just next to the Villa if you fancy a game of golf, padel, tennis or just to use cafe restaurant. Grau seafront main restaurants are also within walking distance whether you feels like a paella or a nice cocktail. The bus/ tram connection is located just a short walk from the house on the way to the beach side providing easy access to Benicasim or to Castellon Center.

Villa i Marcolina

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful residence. The villa is newly renovated and has a fantastic private enclosed garden with swimming pool and a lovely covered terrace with lounge and dining area. By the pool, there is a lovely lounge area under a palm tree. The villa has 2 bedrooms, open kitchen living room, and living room with large windows to the garden, 2 bathrooms. Marcolina is a residential area a little up from the centre of Alcossebre. The nearest beach is about 700m. No pets. Smart TV.

Modern design villa owned and constructed by an architect, carefully designed in every detail. Located in Bétera, 5 minutes walk to the metro station. Plot of land 1600 m2, swimming pool 9x4 m, two patios, area of grass by the pool, mediterranean garden with pines and olive trees. Covered parking for two cars. Surronded by other gardened properties, in an area of protected mansions and historical gardens. The villa is plenty of natural light and wonderful views to the neighboring gardens.
