The house is beautifully located down by the sea. Good fishing just outside. The place is called Sørvik and has a few permanent residents. In summertime, there are holidaymakers in every house. Ferry to Harstad, fast boat to Tromsø and bridge to the mainland towards Sjøvegan, Bardu and beyond. Ibestad consists of 2 islands with a tunnel that connects them. Grocery store on both islands.

Villa Sjøsiden is located on the shores of the Lavangen fjord, surrounded by mountains in Tennevoll. You can ski and hike directly from the cottage. There are also hiking destinations in winter. For downhill skiers, this place is great and you can get to the mountains directly from the yard if you want. Nearby, you can find peaks up to 1,500 m high to climb! Villa Sjøsiden has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a small and a bathroom with a burning toilet. We can accommodate up to 5 people

Modern new cabin with all your needs. 80m2 built in spring 2019. A perfect spot to relax by the sea or take a hike in the mountains. Here you can explore the midnight sun in the summer and northern light in the vinter. In 2021 we also added a sauna and a frisbee course to our property. During winterseason you can borrow cross-country ski from us. We can also help you with booking of outdoor activities. Dog sleding, snowmobil driving, sami experience like reindeer feeding and so on.. Ask us!

Here you can enjoy recreation, nice walks in nature and experience the amazing Northern Lights. It is a short distance to the mountains and the coast. In the shore, there is a large area and a barbecue. 3 km to the nearest shop in Årstein. It is 11 km to Foldvik Brygger, and also to the boat museum in Gratangsbotten. It is about 40 km to Narvik, and about 35 km to Polar Park.
