Spacious holiday home with lake plot. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

Dining area, kitchenette with sink, cupboards, coffee maker, microwave and stove. There is also a fridge and freezer. Bathroom with toilet and shower and sauna adjacent. Porch facing south. Three minute walk to jetty by lake Fryken where you can swim. Distance: Sunne Ski & Bike 14 km, Sommarland 6 km, Mårbacka 15 km, Rottneros Park 8.5 km, Theatre 8.5 km, Golf course 8 km.

FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården next to Nordmarksberg Manor: 19th century or older. In this farm the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – d. 1790) is said to have lived. On a stone in the foundation of the courtyard should be a carving with Nils name. Picture of this stone can be found in the Värmland archive's foot archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present. It's probably hidden by mortar covered over the rocks.

We had the honor of welcoming guests from around the world during these amazing years. Recently we moved to Sunnemo, 20 kilometers south of Hagfors, next to 3 large lakes, which connect and thus become one of Värmland's largest lake collections. Do you enjoy fishing? Onze stuga ligt in het midden van de Brattforsheden aan het Alsternmeer. De stilte en natuur is voor jong en oud adembenemend. Hier kun je uren in stilte wandelen. Onderweg is er genoeg wild te zien of te plukken. Je kan ook onze boot met elektrische motor pakken om een heerlijke maaltijd bij elkaar te vissen of de echte zweedse natuur vanaf het water te bewonderen.
