In scenic and culturally rich Östra Ämtervik, this unique and beautiful Värmlandsgård with origins from the 19th century is located. Here you can experience a rural environment overlooking vast meadows and fields. Along the gravel road down to Lake Fryken, there are swimming opportunities. In the beautiful forest mushrooms and berries can be picked. The farm is an eight-minute drive to Sunne, where you will find a wide range of cafés, restaurants, shops and shopping. In winter, you can cross-country ski. The nearest ski slope is Hovfjället (55 min)

Spacious holiday home with lake property. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. AC is available for hot days.

Welcome to our guest house, which is located separately next to our residential building. 7 beds and a crib provide the opportunity for larger groups. Possibility of extra mattress. Welcome to our log cabin located in Höjen, 4 km north of Sunne. The cottage has a sofa bed, a single bed and a bunk bed, five beds in total. Kitchen, living room and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, possibility to fire in wood stove, fireplace. A unique and different cottage with a large porch. Self-catering with about 75 sqm living space. There is no public transport here so you need your own car. Distance: Fryken 2 km, Ski Sunne 13 km, Mårbacka 15 km, Rottneros Park, Västanå theater and golf course 8 km.

FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården next to Nordmarksberg Manor: 19th century or older. In this farm the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – d. 1790) is said to have lived. On a stone in the foundation of the courtyard should be a carving with Nils name. Picture of this stone can be found in the Värmland archive's foot archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present. It's probably hidden by mortar covered over the rocks.

Welcome to our cosy guest house on the small farm "Fågeldalen" in Bäck! This exceptionally quiet cottage has been renovated with a lot of love, time and care. Due to the use of mainly local, recycled and natural materials, there are many unique details to discover. There is a private bathroom with dry toilet and warm outdoor shower and a private kitchen with everything you need. Outside there is a terrace as well as a hammock where you can relax and there are friendly lambs to pet!
