The modern space includes a king-size bed, workspace, smart TV and kitchenette with living space on the ground floor. The annex is separate to the main house and a patio is located outside the annex, overlooking the garden - not use when we have guests. Located between Liverpool and Manchester, with Padgate, Warrington Central and Birchwood stations nearby. Easy access to the M62, M6 and M56. Close to attractions such as Gulliver’s World and Walton Hall & Gardens. On-street parking available.

The Holt Bolt Hole

We have a lovely house in the countryside in Cheshire. Our Airbnb is The Bolthole.This is separated from the main house via an internal locking door. For you is a front door with key safe, lounge, comfy sofas, tv, log burner, 2 double bedrooms one with a tv, and bathroom with shower. Kitchen area with airfryer,kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge the only thing we don’t have is a kitchen sink but we wash up for you! Workspace and guest wifi access available. Outdoor seating available. :-) x

The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.

Recently decorated with some extra love added. This is a good base if you're looking for somewhere near Warrington. The house is a big old Victorian place with four of the five bedrooms set up with comfy beds for guests. You'll have the whole house to yourselves. New boiler just installed. Working basic kitchen with dining table for 8. TV. Wi-Fi. Towels. Bedding. Tea/coffee etc On sunny days you might want to sit outside in the garden.

The Sunflower Annexe

Our beautifully decorated annexe is completely self-contained with its own front door, luxury kingsize bed, en-suite, small FreeSat TV and mini kitchen including hob, microwave and fridge. There is also access via patio doors to our large garden. Please note that babies are welcome, please bring your own travel cot. Free on street parking is available on a very wide, quiet road.
