Just 1 1/2 miles to the boat launch and store at Waterfront. Places close by-Goosepond, Cathedral Caverns, Cavern Cove shooting range, G'ville St. Park, zip-lines. 8x40 covered deck, patio w/firepit, gas & charcoal grills, corn hole, darts, two hot tubs, five kayaks, one canoe w/gear, and a trailer. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Small 2 year old home sits on 20 acres but close to Lake Guntersville (8 min to boat ramp). Fenced yard for your pets. 10 minutes to Marshall North hospital, 10 minutes to Guntersville. Very peaceful and quiet. Watch deer and other wildlife from the porch. Easy parking for those with boats. 110v 20 amp electric for charging your batteries as well. One note, the gas fireplace does not currently work.

Mountain Lake Villa

A tiny home that is located right at the foot of Lookout Mountain and just in front of Weiss Lake. Here you are less than a mile from a public boat access. Minutes away from Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Little River, Coosa River, and Neely Henry Lake. The home sits across the field from me and is situated with a twin home that could be rented by someone else. Yours will be the one on the left.
