The apartment is an annex to a large house, which is located on a hillside high above the idyllic village of Cabrils, 30 min. by car from Barcelona along the coast. It has a large terrace with direct access to a garden with a magnificent 10 x 5 meter pool with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and is surrounded by natural park with beautiful hiking trails. Quiet space, perfect for relaxing or working. Comfortable chalet in Montnegre and near Montseny, completely renovated with a swimming pool in summer. There are walks to enjoy from the house and the sea is not far away. Sheltered by a hill, far from any pollution. The RENFE train stations and the highway are less than 10 minutes away by car. Free high-speed Wi-Fi. Spacious parking. Pets welcome. The accommodation has stairs, so it is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
