A unique chance to live in a beautiful Schoolhouse from the 1880s, located in Värmland. The house is located on a farm and we live next to the Schoolhouse but with a distance that makes it feel private for both. The Schoolhouse has its own private garden and a big porch with a lake view. We arrange different packages of hiking, that includes breakfast, lunch or dinner in an outside setting. Please let us know in advance if you would like to experience the forest in a unique and exclusive way.

Nyttja våra cyklar för att ta er runt i området eller använd vår roddbåt för att fiska och njuta av vackra Lonnen. Nyhet för 2025; fina motainbikeleder med downhill-liknande bana. E-mtb går att hyra vid cafeet. Boendet tillhandahåller 13 st bäddar, 2 toaletter, 2 duschar samt tvättstuga. (Obs! Vintertid 11 st bäddar).

Lugn och rofylld idyll på egen udde med magisk natur runt huset. Bada i sjön eller bubbelbadet, basta i den vedeldade bastun eller ta en tur med flytbryggan. Njut av solen från fm till kväll eller den svalkande skuggan bland träden på denna egna udde. Upptäck sjöns många öar och vikar med kajak eller fiska med roddbåten. Grill och större matgrupp utomhus samt flera olika sittgrupper. Perfekt för familjer och större grupper. Husen är lämpade för 12 personer, men finns sovplats för 18 personer.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

A Peaceful, easy and cozy cabin by the Lake. A private cabin with high ceiling, a loft and nice windows with a gorgeous view with a backyard lake. A quiet oasis 10 minutes from Karlskoga and 25 minutes from Örebro. NEW: -There is also a beautiful newly build sauna available for rent. - A new separate bathroom is available for use. Toilet, shower as well as drinking water. The bathroom is shared with another cottage, meaning that you won't have the bathroom all by yourself.

Välkommen till vårt Airbnb-retreat, där både skogen och Vänern omger dig! På kvällarna kan du ta ett glas vin på balkongen och njuta av utsikten i solnedgången. För den badsugne finns möjlighet att ta ett dopp vid klipporna, en kort promenad från huset. Upplev en oförglömlig vistelse och återknyt till naturen. Välkommen till ditt nästa äventyr vid Vänerns strand! En dubbelsäng (160 cm bred) och en extrasäng finns. Observera varmvattenberedaren är för ett mindre hushåll.

Nyrustat hus med egen badvik och roddbåt

Härligt semesterboende för den som gillar djur och natur! Här finns möjlighet att fiska, bada, vandra och cykla. I närområdet finns ett flertal naturreservat samt vandrings- och cykelleder. Ni har tillgång till enklare roddbåt (flytvästar kan lånas) och egen badvik eller så kan ni låna vår brygga där man kan dyka eller fiska. Vi finns mellan Örebro och Karlskoga i Norhammar. Handdukar och lakan medtages av gästen. För en extra kostnad finns det att hyra av värden.

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.
