Take a leisurely walk under the towering trees in the quiet wooded acre surrounding our cozy, alpine-inspired cabin with contemporary bohemian touches. Sleep upstairs under deep-set skylights, observe wildlife out our large picture windows, or daydream on the hammock. On a clear night, stargaze through the tall trees while toasting marshmallows fireside.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Just the perfect cabin. This newly built, passive solar house has a wood-burning stove, incredible views and is drenched with light. The house is intimate yet connected to the outside, with total seclusion and every imaginable modern convenience! It’s an architect-designed marvel of concrete, glass and reclaimed wood that sits on 135 acres of field and forest with a lovely swimming pond and miles of hiking trails. The cabin sleeps up to 6 people in two bedrooms and a spacious sleeping loft.

A peaceful sanctuary, our 2 Bedroom cabin features a seasonal (Nov-Apr) wood-burning fireplace, views of nature, and modern amenities for those who don't want to fully unplug.

The Mountain Terrace has an indoor wood stove, a deck with a beautiful view, a fire-pit, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a double high ceiling in the main living space. There is a washer/dryer, a dishwasher an artist cabin and a private yoga studio. An easy 15 min drive to Livingston Manor for great restaurants, shopping and activities. Pet friendly.

Situated on five acres inside the Catskills Park alongside a babbling brook, this mountain escape is perfect for couples, a friends retreat, or family getaway. Wake up with pour over coffee and take in the fresh air with a trek through our woods or the nearby Red Hill Fire Tower hike. Later, enjoy a nap in the hammock followed by a nighttime bonfire. Or put on a record and get cozy indoors with the woodburning stove and a variety of board games!

In the remains of an ancient apple orchard next to the Neversink River sits a modern house with mountain views and valley comforts. With a huge lawn and deck, hot tub and patio with firepit, BBQ gill and the river, it has all you could need for a great country weekend! The evenings are perfect for stargazing and warming your feet by the fire, and days are spent in quiet at the river.

Lidar West

Lidar West is a unique mountain home located in the woods by one of New York City's major reservoirs. The main house is a 1400 sqft 2 bed, 2 bath, ideal for families with kids, and there's a sleeping cabin with an additional queen bed, electric heater, and wood burning stove called Hemmelig Rom, which I built myself using oak milled on the property.
