The apartment is situated in the top floor of a house located in a beautiful and very peaceful part of island Čiovo,only 10 meters from the sea with private beach.Image of shower,sun beds,sun umbrellas for guests only.Possible to tie up the boat in front of the beach. The advantages are that it owns the private beach in front of the house with sun beds and sunshades,children playground, big terrace (50m2) with a beautiful open sea view,parking place and garage are right in front of the house. The apartment is fully equipped and modern. It contains: two bedrooms, two bathroom ,apartment has a SMART TV in the living room and LCD TV in the bedrooms, a large living room, fully-equipped kitchen with dining room, fireplace and is equipped with several air conditioning, Internet access (WIFI) and satellite televisions.Back of the house there is a large barbecue table and chairs and a playground for children. Distance from the market is 300m, big sandy beach with lot's of bars and restaurants is only 5 minutes by car and it takes only 10 minutes driving to town Trogir.Nearest restaurant is 10 minutes walk from the apartment by the guests (for example, airport and road)We offer car rental service. Small Room with an AMAZING VIEW! 2.5km > TROGIR!

FAST WIFI 7 Connection! The small room is located on the top floor & offers nice views over the bay of Trogir. You can even see Split in the distance, with Mosor mountain behind it. The Room is perfect for 2 people. Other features of the room are: Kitchenette, AC, 1 small Bathroom and a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix, etc. You can see directly out to the sea while laying down on the bed (180cm x 200cm). The balcony is a decent size. There is a table with 2 chairs and 1 deck chair for tanning.

Svaki apartman je moderno uređen i ima veliku terasu i pogled na more.Imamo i veliki parking u ograđenom dvorištu. Prostrani grijani bazen od 50 m2 je na raspolaganu našim gostima. Barbara i Zoran su vlasnici i rado ćemo vam dati dodatne info da bi vas godišnji bio što ugodniji.Aerodrom Split je 15 km,a aerodrom Zadar 120 km udaljen od Ville. Split je 30 km,a Trogir 5 km od Ville.
