The villa is located in a secluded area and is about 200 meters from the village It consists of an indigenous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part, which is dominated by large glass surfaces that connect the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom, and in the new part there is a living room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. There are eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables at your disposal.

Relax in this unique accommodation under the old city walls, which is at the same time secluded surrounded by nature and just a few minutes' walk away from the city center and the beautiful beach. This unique holiday home is located about 150 meters from the beach and the city center. It is surrounded by nature and you will have the necessary peace for your vacation. The house is located in a valley, and therefore the nights are more pleasant. We also offer you the possibility of free use of SUP and kayaks.

The apartment has private jacuzzi, towels, a bathrobe, mini cosmetics, slippers, a hair dryer, an iron, board games, spices in the kitchen, coffee, tea, honey, sugar... If something is missing, I'll bring it to you :) The most important thing is that you have your own peace and a private yard and free&safe parking. Apartment Rosa is pet friendly, each pet has its own bowls for food and water :)

Historic city center of Krk is just a 10 minutes drive away. In 2024, we are bringing beach closer by adding a swimming pool to a picturesque terrace!

For all those who truly love nature and are able to live in harmony with it, in the heart of the forest, 3 km from the village, 10 km from the ferry port of Valbiska, 12 km from the city of Krk, 10-15 minutes walk through the forest path to one of the beaches of Čavlena Bay, in an oasis of peace, there is a small house. The cottage is supplied with solar energy and therefore electricity is limited, while rainwater is used exclusively for hygienic supplies.
