Le chemin des Camélias offre une jolie balade. Vous avez rapidement accès à la RN 12, le lycée Kernilien à 2 min en voiture et la Côte de Granit Rose à 35 min. Le logement est connecté à la fibre et dispose de son propre réseau wifi (idéal pour du télétravail).

Farmhouse adjoining our home, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside, 1 km from the Rennes – Brest axis, 4 km from Guingamp city center, 30 minutes from the beaches. The accommodation includes: - on the ground floor: a 30 m2 living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, shower room; - upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a library area with desk. The beds are made on arrival. We provide towels and tea towels.

The flat is located right in the heart of Guingamp town centre. It's on the 2nd floor of a lovely Guingamp building opposite the Basilica. It comprises a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, and a shower room. When you arrive, the bed will be made, and there will be 2 towels available per person. All amenities are located on the ground floor of the building. There are car parks nearby where you can park.

The small arin houses, Ty mam goz

Ty mam goz (Grandma's house in French) is a former fisherman's house completely renovated and equipped. Its bright living room opens onto a terrace and garden to the south and a bay to the west that offers panoramic views of Beauport Cove and its abbey. This stay has a small wood stove that can enhance cooler days or evenings. You will live there to the rhythm of the tides in the greatest comfort.
