Welcome to the noisy and bright ORBI City aparthotel, where the energy of the city never sleeps! A brand new apartment in the block of S.Novyi elevators,an excellent reception. The apartment with its own balcony and a great view of Turkey the sea and mountain peaks..Everything is thought out for a great holiday and creative work. Noise and dust do not rise to a height of 47 floors. The room has a beautiful bed 190 *203 cm with a very chic orthopedic mattress. 👍There is a large(145 cm high) refrigerator. The room has a desk🤞🤞🤞

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

Near the shopping center, casino, sea and park. The airport is 5 minutes away by taxi.

Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

A light-filled bedroom features sheer curtains that allow soft light to filter through. A cozy bed with a checkered blanket is positioned near the window, which offers a glimpse of a private balcony with two white chairs and a sea view.
