140m2 comfortable and step-free country house, very pleasant to live in. Large terrace with barbecue, 2 beautiful pergolas equipped with idleness, very large wooded garden not overlooked or close neighbors. Safe private swimming pool and very cool or hot outdoor shower depending on your preference. Large living room, equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, toilet, shower. 2nd separate toilet. 3 TVs, A/C, Fiber Wifi. The place is bucolic, come and recharge your batteries!

New! Exceptional and dreamy location, just a few minutes (2km) from the superb village of Saint-Tropez. This house benefits from optimal sun exposure as well as a breathtaking sea view. The house is surrounded by gardens and terraces and the infinity pool with sea view. You only have to cross the road down the house to access very pretty little beaches . A parking space under a porch roof closed by an automatic grid will allow you to secure your car or/ and your motorbikes / bikes.
