There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.

Konpira Machiya Maru

A rental accommodation limited to one group per day, renovated from a traditional house. Accommodations available for up to 10 guests! A carefully crafted bath wher≪≫e you can enjoy the scent of hinoki. ≪Access≫ 1 minute walk from JR Kotohira Station and Kotoden Kotohira Station. 5 minutes walk to Konpira-san Shrine. 45-minute drive to the nearest Takamatsu Airport. Ricefields, Rivers and Mountains

This house is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern making it convenient but also a unique cultural experience. Mountains and ricefields are beside you, the Shimanto River can be heard. The first/ground floor is all yours. It's spacious with 2 tatami sleeping rooms. Your sleeping room has an air conditioner. There is no central heating. Restaurants are within 10min or you can shop for local foods and prepare it all in your own kitchen.

The observatory where the view of Kuma is seen. There is naturalness at 10 minutes at the abundant place by car from the center of Kuma.(It's possible to welcome and send off.) Barbecue is possible outside while seeing the night view and a starry sky in the evening. (Meal and the ingredients will be customer's bringing in.) It's possible to use a kitchen. It's possible to look a wonderful sea of cloud to be lucky in the morning.
