Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer. Several great local restaurants. 4 museums. Pet friendly! $10 for each additional adult, after 2. Approx 6 miles from Cuero and 25 from Victoria.

Original style unique circa 1972 Port-A-Lodge on Lake Mathis. Recently renovated. Enjoy fishing/swimming by boat! Lake levels fluctuate. Lake levels are medium now. Huge covered deck with lots of seating and outdoor charcoal grill. Decorated with modern art touches and safari themed. Our 2 story Cottage is located on a beautiful lot in a quiet wooded neighborhood about 12 min from downtown Victoria & only 5 min from Coleto lake & Raisin L Ranch. It's situated at the end of a cul de sac, next to a wooded area home to lots of wildlife. Our Farmhouse inspired, 3bd/2ba home is so cozy & comfy with a fully stocked kitchen, large entertainment room & full laundry. The backyard has a BBQ pit and a Firepit. Wi-Fi available. The cottage is lovely, but the wildlife is truly amazing!
