Fantastic family vacation at Lake Walchsee/Kössen

Cozy, spacious attic apartment on the 2nd floor overlooking Lake Walchsee and the Kaiser Mountains. Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski trail, in summer the swimming lake is close to the house! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, offers skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The free ski bus, which runs in summer as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl vacation region, stops practically at the front door!

The apartment is close to Reit im Winkel and the Steinplatte ski resort (10 min.). The accommodation is simple but well-maintained, in a very nice quiet location. It is suitable for sports-loving guests, even with children, and offers a total of space for 11 guests (2 double beds, 5 single beds, 1 baby bed, 2 sofa beds). Cross-country skiing is right in front of the house. You have a wonderful panorama of the Rechenberg. Directly from the house there are beautiful summer and winter hiking trails.

Studio apartment with a a tranquil residential vibe, ideal for singles or couples! It is located in a big house nearby a nice river promenade- the quick, easy access to the downtown areas. The internet speed is about 80 Mbit/s download. We offer a basic selection of teas, coffee and spices. We can provide a TV, but please mention it in your message to us. Tourist tax of 2.2€\night is extra in cash at arrival, you get a guest card for free public transportation and other discounts

With a view of the mountains, the Petra holiday flat in Kössen is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 75 m² accommodation consists of a well-equipped kitchen/living room with dishwasher, seating area and TV, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as a guest toilet and thus offers space for 4 people. The equipment also includes high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and heating. The holiday apartment includes a private balcony.

Our house is a 5-minute walk from the hiking car park/tour start and ski lifts, as well as a few minutes by car from the start of the large Waidring/Steinplatte ski area.

Nice small apartment with everything you need for a pleasant living experience: in the hallway a large closet wall for suitcases and clothes, spacious bathroom with shower, new kitchen with dishwasher and electric stove, living-bedroom with carpenter table and corner bench, large bed and TV.
