In this house, where I spent all my youthful summers, we shared peace, joy, neighborliness and enthusiasm. Now we're sharing our home to be a home for new stories. Our stone house, which is about 150 years old and has typical Greek architecture, is also in a very special neighborhood. It has a large terrace that is private from everyone else, as well as a balcony that is all yours. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils.

It is suitable for up to 7 people. The nearest beach is 3-5 minutes away by car. The house's garden is suitable for barbecuing.

If you stay in our stone house, which is in a central location and 200 meters from Meydani Patisserie, you will be close to everywhere as a family. The stone house, which was built in 2023, has a view, full white appliances, wooden flooring and joinery, independent internet, natural parking, hot water, air conditioning and finally, we have free sunbeds and umbrellas at Aydıncık Surfiin Beach for stays of 3 days or more.

Casa Verano is a 2+1 private apartment located in a quiet neighborhood of Gökçeada, furnished with modern and new furniture. Our apartment is 3 min far from the center and 5 min away from the ferry. The nearest beach is 5-10 minutes away.
