(If the number of people exceeds, there is an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per person) ex) 12 persons +2,000 won (bank transfer or cash) If you only want to use the first floor due to the small number of people, you can go to the host's profile and make a reservation as a product (only the first floor)! There is no additional amount for barbecue. Barbecue utensils, tableware, and places are basically provided. However, guests must buy charcoal and meat! If you want a fire pit, we charge a firewood fee of 10,000 won. Parking is available for about 3 cars after parking at the entrance of the pension. Be sure to send a message to your host if you have more than 3 generations. We will guide you to an additional parking space close to the pension! Sorry, but we don't accept reservations with dogs! Hwi Seonjae has an entire wall made of glass, so you can start your day by looking at the sky and the mountains. How about taking a break from the busy daily routine and looking at a little further and higher place? It would also be ideal to listen to the sounds flowing from the garden and small swimming pool (5m*3m size, not available from October to June) and awaken new senses. Most of the space is handmade by the father and son, and is full of affection. There are three rooms in total, including one without a door, and two bathrooms. (Currently, pets are not allowed in our house)

This is a 1.2-story loft-style accommodation (entire use) with a beautiful view of Cheongpung Lake and Geumsu Lake, and can accommodate from 8 to 12 people.It is a comfortable accommodation to spend a pleasant time with your acquaintances while enjoying the warm countryside scenery. The summit of Mt. Bi Bong, the cable car terminal, is visible at a glance, and there is a monorail ride 5 minutes away, and there is also a restaurant where you can have a delicious meal.

Relax with your family in this tranquil and private home. The 23-pyeong wooden house is fully equipped with amenities. We have prepared a spring water purifier and a Kuchen rice cooker (delicious rice provided). There are Hwayang Valley, Seolunsan Mountain, Gongrim Temple, and mountain mak in the nearby street, and there are Nonghyup, supermarkets, Cheongcheon Traditional Market, and restaurants where you can have delicious meals within 5 minutes.

"온수안내" 솔하우스는 심야 보일러를 사용합니다. 저녁11시~아침10시(통전시간)까지 온수탱크에 온도를 높이는데 20~30명 정도 인원의 샤워, 설겆이 정도는 모두 커버가 됩니다.(500L) 그러나 이용고객 한분이 사우나정도의 긴 시간(30분~1시간)을 사용하게 되면 온수온도가 낮아지게 됩니다. 긴 시간의 샤워를 하시고자 한다면, 통전시간(저녁11시~아침10시)내에 하시는 것을 추천드립니다. 그러면 모든 이용손님이 사용하시는데 불편이 없으실 겁니다. 감사합니다.

Mountain studio with garden and pool

Come stay at our modern studio guesthouse (on the left). Hike the surrounding trails, relax at the lakeside park, take a short walk to the Baekje Military Museum or enjoy our large yard/deck. Near Daejeon/Yeonmudae/Gyeryong. We have recently built an in-ground, salt water lap pool (summer 2020). It is available for use May-September.
