Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The house is located on the shore of Hornum Lake on private land along the lake shore. Possibility of swimming from a private beach and fishing from the lake shore as well as a campfire. There is a bathroom with toilet and sink, and showering takes place under the outdoor shower. Kitchen with 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer - but no oven. The lease is from 1 pm to 10 am the following day. There is a heat pump, soap, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. - but remember to bring bed linen😀 and towels, and pets are welcome, just not on the furniture.

Welcome inside a bright and charming apartment with a large balcony where the afternoon sun can be enjoyed. The apartment was renovated in the summer of 2023 and is therefore in the best condition. A central but quiet location, close to pedestrian streets, cafes and restaurants and where you can easily take a walk along Aalborg's beautiful waterfront. The apartment is less than a kilometer from Aalborg station, and good bus connections take you to the airport within 15 minutes. Look forward to feeling at home in our home.

Close to public transport, art and culture, airport, harbor, nature area. Aalborg city center, 4 km. Bus 17 runs close by, 50 m. Shopping opportunity, 300 m. Aalborg airport, 4.5 km. Train, 1.5 km.

As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. Slap af med hele familien i denne bjælkehytte, der oser af hygge og varme med egeplankebord, slagbænk, komfortable møbler, kun 5 km fra City syd og 9 km fra Aalborg Centrum. Nyt køkken i år 2025😊 Bjælkehytten ligger godt gemt af vejen mellem træerne lige ved siden af Poulstrup Sø området. Umiddelbart udenfor døren findes afmærkede vandreruter, og tæt på MTB spor samt ridestier. Mulighed for græsfold til heste indenfor 1 km. Ørnhøj golfklub ligger kun 8 km væk og 20 km til Rold Skov Golfklub.

Bright 2 bedroom apartment with large balcony. Great views. Nearby there are shopping opportunities. Sleeping 2 people in the bedroom and 3rd sleeping area is on sofa bed. There is a TV with chromecast in both rooms - does not have TV channels. Close to bus and also has free parking. WiFi and cleaning after the stay are included in the price. Since I live in between myself in the apartment, there will be some of my personal belongings in the apartment - e.g. clothes and shoes.
