Newer and appealing 4-room apartment with two bathrooms, balcony, elevator and garage. Centrally located on Kolbotn with a short distance to everything. The apartment has an idyllic location with great common areas at Kantorbekken and the open area Kantoråsen. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and contains: hallway, living room/kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The apartment has a balcony and a parking space in a shared garage. There is an elevator in the building. Immediate proximity to Kolbotn Torg with shops and restaurants.
