The "Rajska Chata" cottage on Smereków Wielki is located in the heart of the Żywiec Beskids at an altitude of 830 m above sea level, right next to the border with Slovakia. The property is located in the village of Soblówka, known for its rich offer of mountain trails. The location away from busy streets provides peace, quiet and the opportunity to rest among the mountain peaks. Our charming wooden cottage is located on the edge of the forest, in a quiet and extremely picturesque area near the Mucharski Lake. Surrounded by a large garden, it's the perfect haven for those who want to relax in nature, amidst the buzz of trees and the singing of birds. It's also a great base for walks, mountain hikes, and bike tours along the shores of the lake. The cottage is located in Stryszów, close to Krakow (1h), Wadowic (15min), Oświęcimia (45min) and Zakopane (1h30min).

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time.
