Shower and sauna are available in nearby building. Parking for one vehicle is included, it is a parking space with engine heater connected to the apartment. Pets are allowed in the apartment, 100 meters from the apartment there is a large dog yard in green area. The apartment also includes bed linens and towels etc.

Tuolluvaara is located about 3 km from Kiruna airport, about 2 km from Kiruna new center, about 6 km from the old center and about 13 km from the Ishotellet in Jukkasjärvi (about 15 minutes by car). Due to the mining, there is an exciting city conversion in Kiruna and the new city center was opened in September 2022.

Welcome home to our farm. We offer a cottage from the 1970s on our plot. The main house is right next door, where we live with our 3 children and 4 dogs and 3 rabbits. We have small children and many projects underway. ❤ Also outdoor people who devote most of their time to hunting, fishing, dogs and forest life. If you're interested in it, you've ended up on the right property. We live 10 km from Kiruna city center and 3 km from the ice hotel in Jukkasjärvi.

Dina värd - Elisabeth med familj bor i huset. På 250m avstånd finns en matvarubutik, COOP, med generösa öppettider. Huset ligger nära gamla centrum. Butikerna från centrum har flyttats gemensamt och har nyöppnats den 1 september 2022, och befinner sig ca 3 km österut. Busshållplats finns på 350m avstånd, vid sporthallen - vilket är det enklaste sättet att ta sig till det nya centrumet. Vill du ta en trevlig promenad till nya centrum, så tar det ca 45 minuter.
