Los viajeros alquilan 2 habitaciones, baño, piscina de agua salada de 50 m², cocina exterior con barbacoa, porche con magníficas vistas al mar de 30m², jardín 200 m² y aparcamiento.

Disposa de planta baixa amb sortida directe al pati amb cuina, bany i sala d'estar i primer pis obert amb llit de matrimoni. El pati és ideal per poder pendre un esmorzar o un sopar a la fresca. La propiedad está formada por dos viviendas independientes dentro de la misma parcela: la casa principal, donde vivimos mi nieta y yo, y La Casita del Patio, destinada exclusivamente a huéspedes. Dispone de un amplio vestidor, un espacio diáfano totalmente equipado y dos terrazas de uso exclusivo. La piscina, la barbacoa, el solárium y el patio son compartidos con mi nieta y conmigo. En verano puede coincidir también parte de mi familia, siempre respetando la privacidad de los huéspedes.
