You will notice the soaring ceilings and the gleaming hardwood floors once you step inside my loft. Situated next to the Strand Movie Theatre, you'll be within walking distance of Grinnell College, Grin-City Bakery, grocery stores and many restaurants.

Directly across the street from Anderson Park, it is in a neighborhood just walking distance from the local grocery store, Main Street, and the new Mexican restaurant down the street.
