Superb apartment rated 3* with sea view @ garden level of a nice villa overlooking the beach of "L'almanarre". Very quite. All by foot : sand beach, shops, restaurants, walking path, harbor... 3 rooms. 40m2. 20m2 terrace. 100m2 privative garden & 2 parking places. Heated swimming pool until November 5 (10x4m) to share with the host. Air-conditioning. Controlled ventilation. High speed internet. 50" connected 4K TV with Disney+, Amazon Prime, Netflix...Option : additional parental suite.

AC flat with balcony: sea view and beach on foot !

AC 27sqm flat amidst pine forest , private access to beach, balcony with lovely sea view, HD TV, queen-size bed, separate toilet, dish-washer, expresso machine, oven, micro-wave and washing machine. Free reserved parking place. No wi-fi in the flat. Linen and towels 25€ for less than 4 night-stays. Toulon-Hyères airport: less than 10 minutes drive. Hyères TGV railway station: 3 km taxi. Bus from Toulon TGV station: bus stop at 300m. Marseille airport: 1h30 drive. Non smoking.

It has a named parking space in a gated community. Its location allows you to fully enjoy the sea without car hassles! Depending on the season, the pleasures will vary.
